Is the Ice Real?
Yes, it really is frozen water!
Refund/Weather Policy
We do not offer refunds on skating admission. Please make sure the ice is to your liking, check the weather, and that you have ample time to skate before purchasing tickets. If you are unsure if we carry or have your size available, please check ahead of time.
What are your skate sizes?
We have skate sizes from toddler size 9 to adult size 13. All sizes are subject to availability. Personal skates are allowed
Do you have a maximum # of skaters allowed?
No, please check out our Event Booking Calendar to stay up to date on group skating nights, fundraisers, events, and more before you plan your trip to the Holidays on Ice Rink. *Please know that weekends and large group days can call for higher volume of skaters.
